At BK Doors, the roller doors we fit are strong and simple in design yet reliable and secure. Produced in Ireland especially for Shanette Sheds by a leading roller shutter manufacturer, these doors are manufactured from corrosion resistant galvanised steel lathes with a PVC exterior coating in a choice of colours. All rollers can be up-graded with a choice of optional extras.
Curtain Specification
- All available in 75mm lattes
- 1.2mm thick curtain for industrial and fire shutters
- 1.0mm for all other applications
- Continuous interlocking steel laths
- Available in a galvanized finish or can be powder coated to any colour.

Guides
Galvanized steel guides available in 75mm, or 90mm or wind lock channels available for larger doors.
End Plate/Barrels/Covers
All standard end plates and covers are galvanised finish as standard unless colour agreed.
Depending on weight of Roller Shutter the thickness of Barrel varies.
Electrical Operations
3 phase or single phase motors with hand chain for override facility. Range of control options available. Open/close and stop available as well as rocker switch or key switch operation available.
Certified
All Industrial Roller Shutter doors comply with and have been tested to the Highest European standards and have received third party accreditation and testing by a leading European UKAS Accredited test centre. Fire shutters are tested to BS476: Part22 1987
